Returns
You should inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and all sensors should be tested BEFORE you proceed with installation. We will not accept unauthorized returns, so please contact us prior to returning any item to obtain a return authorization. Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in its original packaging, and received by Titan TPMS within 30 days of date of sale. We will not accept any return after 30 Days.
Once a return is authorized you will be provided with a return authorization (RA) number that must be printed on the return package. Our shipping & receiving department will not accept packages that do not have a return authorization number included.
Once a returned item is inspected and found to be in its original, unused condition, a refund will be issued through the original payment source.
NO RETURNS WILL BE AUTHORIZED ON USED PARTS, ASSEMBLED PARTS OR INSTALLED PARTS. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, and shipping fees will NOT be reimbursed. NO SERVICE OR INSTALLATION CHARGES WILL BE REIMBURSED.
We always attempt to display accurate fitment information for all vehicles, however due to OEM part number changes during model years we cannot guarantee 100% fitment without providing your specific OEM part when you order. Your OEM part number can be obtained from your local dealer by providing them with your VIN.
Information that is gathered from visitors
